The apartments are cleaned every other day and bed linen is changed once a week.

REFURBISHMENT WORK ON 7th GROUPING (TENERIFE BLOCK)

- Description of the Work
The project involves a complete interior renovation of the apartments and the refurbishment of the communal corridors in the Tenerife Block, part of the 7th Grouping of the Parque Santiago III complex.
The work is divided into two main categories:
A. Interior Renovation of Apartments
• Replacement of flooring and wall finishes
• Complete renovation of kitchens and bathrooms
• Replacement of carpentry (doors and windows)
• General finishing improvements
B. Refurbishment of Communal Corridors
• Replacement of all concealed installations (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• New corridor flooring
• Refurbishment of planters and wooden railings
• General painting of all communal areas
- Work Schedule and Noise Levels
Occasionally:
• Work may be carried out on Saturdays to advance progress. These tasks will be of low disturbance to guests and the complex.
Estimated noise levels during the project:
• Month 1: High (due to demolition and installation chases)
• Months 2 and 3: Medium
• Months 4 and 5: Low (finishing works)
